From photovoltaics to household waste: One-stop shredding and recycling lines promote the circular e
Zibo United Tech’s one-stop recycling system handles solar panels, waste, car shells, capacitors, and wood efficiently, supporting the global circular economy.
In the era of sustainable development, waste disposal is no longer a single industry, but a multi-faceted, integrated resource recycling system. Zibo Liantai Machinery has launched a new shredding and recycling line that can process a variety of materials, including photovoltaic panels, household waste, automobile casings, capacitors, and logs, providing one-stop resource recovery.
The system utilizes dual-axis shredding and sorting technology to shred photovoltaic panels and separate the metal frame and glass layer. Household waste undergoes multi-stage shredding, automatically screening for recyclable materials. Car casings undergo strong shearing to enhance metal purity. Capacitors and circuit boards undergo low-speed shredding to prevent sparks, ensuring safety and environmental protection. Logs are pulverized into sawdust for biomass fuel production.
This system not only improves waste recovery rates but also utilizes PLC intelligent control for automated operation, significantly reducing labor costs. Whether it's an urban sanitation system, an industrial park, or a recycling enterprise, this line enables multi-purpose use of a single machine while maintaining high efficiency and environmental protection.
